Audio sources are Cable box / Gaming Console / Blu-ray Player/Streaming device

If your audio sources are Streaming device (Roku, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, etc.), gaming console (PS4,PS5, Xbox, etc.), cable box or Blu-Ray Player, then you can use HAX04’s HDMI audio extractor function, not active HAX04’ ARC function.

Details please follow these steps:

Step 1: Connect the HAX04 to Power.

Using the included power adapter, connect to the "DC 5V" port on the HAX04. The RED power indicator on the front panel should light up.

Step 2: Connect your TV Box/Cable Box to HAX04 via HDMI.

Using an HDMI cable, connect your HDMI source (TV Box/Cable Box/Blu-ray/streaming device, etc.) to the HDMI "Input" port on the HAX04.

Step 3: Connect the HAX04 to your TV via HDMI.

Now, using another HDMI cable, connect the TV to the HDMI "A/V Output" port on the HAX04.

Step 4: Connect the HAX04 to your Audio Devices/Home Stereo System.

Using the Toslink/Optical or RCA (red and white) cable, connect the HAX04 to your AV Receiver or Home Sound System or Bluetooth Audio Adapter.

Step 5: Audio Output Mode.
