1. Please turn off the bluetooth on your iPhone.

2. Make sure get both the Relay and the Airpods into pairing mode.

Slide the Relay's  on_off.pngswitch to the "ON" position. For first time use, the Relay will enter PAIRING mode automatically. For subsequent use, put your Relay into PAIRING mode by pressing & holding the MFB until the LED flashes RED & BLUE alternately.

How to get the Airpods(Pro) into pairing mode?

3. Keep them within distance for fews seconds, they should pair with each other.

If still can't get them pair, please try to factory reset both the Relay and the Airpods(Pro) and then try to pair again.
