Microphone Not Working/ Others Can't Hear Me. How to fix?
If you can hear sound through the headset, but can’t use the mic, please check according to the following steps.
Step 1: Please make sure the boom mic hasn’t been mute on and has been plugged tightly into the headset.
Step 2: Please check the sound setting on your audio source (computer/PS4 or Nintendo Switch), make sure that you have set the C519M as both input/output devices.
