A: Yes. This system works with TVs that have Optical (TOSLINK) or AUX (3.5mm) audio output. If your TV only has HDMI, an HDMI ARC audio adapter can be used.
Q2. Can I connect the headphones directly to my TV via Bluetooth?
A: Some Bluetooth-enabled TVs can connect directly to the headphones. However, for more stable audio and better lip-sync when watching TV, using the included transmitter is recommended.
Q3. I connected everything, but there’s no sound from the headphones. What should I check?
A: If using Optical or HDMI ARC, make sure your TV’s Digital Audio Output is set to PCM. Many TVs default to Dolby or Auto, which can result in no sound. Restart both the TV and transmitter after changing the setting.
Q4. Can the TV speakers and headphones play at the same time?
A: It depends on your TV.
Only some TVs support simultaneous audio output through their settings.
If not, the TV's built-in speakers will be muted. In this case, you can use the transmitter base's audio pass-through to connect a soundbar or external speaker.
Q5. Is this a hearing aid or suitable for severe hearing loss?
A: No. These are TV headphones designed to make dialogue clearer for users with mild to moderate hearing difficulties. They are not hearing aids.
