Install or update myPhonak on your phone. Version 7.5 or newer is required.
In myPhonak, tap Devices → Streaming → Auracast Assistant.
Tap Scan QR code, then point the camera at the broadcast QR code.
Tap Join broadcast.
Connected: You hear the broadcast and myPhonak shows the Broadcast program. No sound?
Cannot find Auracast Assistant? Check the app and model requirements.
Connected: You hear the broadcast again. You can also long-press the hearing-aid button to return to the Auracast program.
No Auracast option? Your phone may not support it. Use the First time myPhonak method instead.
FIX A PROBLEM
Try these in order:
It is fixed when: myPhonak shows the Broadcast program and you hear the audio.
The hearing aids try to reconnect for about 10 seconds while still in range. If they do not:
This is expected for Auracast broadcast audio. Adjust volume with the hearing-aid buttons or the volume control in myPhonak. The phone's volume buttons do not control the broadcast stream.

If it is still missing: ask Phonak or your hearing care professional to confirm support for your exact model.
ALTERNATIVE LISTENING PATH
An external Auracast receiver can receive the broadcast for another listening device.

Listen without your hearing aids using compatible Auracast headphones.
