SETUP PATH
Use the latest version of the Oticon app.
Open the latest version of the Oticon app on your phone.
Tap the three-dot button at the bottom-right of the app screen.
Choose Auracast broadcast from the More menu.
Choose the nearby broadcast you want to hear.
Set the broadcast to a comfortable listening level.

For hearing aids that do not receive Auracast directly.
Join the broadcast with AuraClip, connect wired headphones and adjust the listening volume on the receiver.
View AuraClip →Connect a compatible T-coil neck loop to AuraClip and switch your hearing aids to their telecoil program.
View AuraClip →When your hearing aids cannot join directly, take them off and join the broadcast with Aria Aura.

Use your phone’s built-in Auracast Assistant when both the phone and hearing aid are supported.
Check that your phone offers Auracast Assistant and supports your exact hearing aid model.
Open the Auracast or broadcast-audio controls in your phone settings.
Select the nearby broadcast. Success means its audio plays through your hearing aids.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Match what you hear, try the action, then check the expected result.
Recognize: the broadcast appears selected, but your hearing aids are silent.
Expected: broadcast audio plays through both hearing aids. If it does not, restart the broadcast source and repeat the scan.
Recognize: broadcast audio plays, but it is difficult to understand.
Expected: the broadcast becomes clearer without uncomfortable loudness.
Recognize: the same broadcast reaches you through your hearing aids and a nearby speaker at different times.
Expected: only one synchronized audio path remains.
