OPEN-EAR DESIGN - Resting lightly on the outside of your ears instead of inside them, the Resolve-C relieves ear fatigue and maximizes comfort. Listen privately to calls, music, podcasts, or videos, yet still hear your surroundings at the same time.
COMFORTABLE FIT - The Resolve-C's earhook goes around your ear while holding the earphones firmly over your external ears so that they stay as you move around. Since it doesn't go directly into the ear, it will not cause pressure or pain in your ear canals.
IN-LINE CONTROLS - The multifunctional in-line controls allow you to play / pause your music, adjust the volume up / down, skip / replay tracks, answer / reject calls, and activate your voice assistant - all without touching your phone or device.
CRYSTAL CLEAR CALLS - With a built-in, in-line microphone, the Resolve-C enables you to make crystal clear calls at any time. Enjoy hands-free calling that's perfect for an on-the-go lifestyle.
WIDE COMPATIBILITY - The Resolve-C's Type C jack ensures high-quality audio without any distortion. It's compatible with most Type C-enabled devices such as Samsung Galaxy S22, S21 Ultra, S20 FE, Note 20, Note10; Google Pixel 7, 6, 5, 4; OnePlus 9, 8, 7T; and more.
Step 1. Make sure you connect to the correct USB port.
Some PCs/Laptops have a USB Type C port. If you can find one, then you can simply directly plug in the wired headphones into that port.
However, some PCs/Laptops do not have a USB Type C port. In these cases, we recommend either using a USB Type C to USB Type A converter or purchasing a different pair of headphones that use a 3.5mm wire.
Step 2. Make sure your PC’s audio settings are correct
Skip this step if you’re using your Type C headphones with your phone.
Normally, the computer will recognize the headphones automatically as soon as they’re connected. If not, you need to select Avantree Headphones as the default input and output device (please see the picture below for reference).
Windows
Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar.
Select Open sound settings.
Choose Sound control panel on the left.
Select the headphones connected.
*Note: The above picture is just an example. The name of your product may vary in the sound settings.
If you use Skype, Zoom, etc. please make sure that the built-in settings for these applications are also changed accordingly.
Note: You can only use the volume controls on the earbuds when using with a mobile phone or tablet. The controls will not work when plugged into a PC, Laptop, TV or other devices.
If they still aren’t working properly, please email us at support@avantree.com for further information.
Use the “+” and “-“ buttons to turn the volume up or down. The button in the middle is the multifunction button. Click it once to play or pause your music or video. When receiving a call, click it once to answer the call. Press and hold it for one second to reject it. Double click the button to skip to the next track. Triple click it to skip to go back to the last track. Press and hold the button for 1 second to activate your mic or voice assistant. When in a call, click the button or press and hold the button for 1 second to hang up.
The Avantree Resolve series of earbuds are light and comfortable. Although open-ear earbuds inherently do not fit as tightly or securely as in-ear earbuds, the looser fit & lightweight build allows the Resolve to remain comfortable even after extended use.
