Step 1 · Find your connection
What can your hearing aids do?
Choose your exact Jabra model, or use a receiver.
You can hear music from your phone through your hearing aids
You can switch your hearing aids to “T” or “MT”
Not sure about T or MT?
Look for a T or MT setting in your hearing aid app or paperwork. If you cannot find one, ask your hearing care professional.

Using the Jabra app
For supported Auracast Jabra hearing aids.
Wait for the broadcast
When an Auracast broadcast is nearby, the app may show a streaming or connection option, or detect nearby audio automatically. Wait a few seconds.
Look for the streaming option
The wording varies by app version. Look for:
- Streaming
- Audio
- Broadcast
- A connection icon
It may appear near the bottom, in the top icons or as a pop-up.
Select a broadcast
Choose the broadcast you want to hear. Once joined, the broadcast audio will play through your hearing aids.
Adjust the broadcast volume
Set the stream to a comfortable level.
Lower or mute Surroundings volume for clearer broadcast audio.

For Jabra Enhance Select 500 and other compatible setups.
Use a phone with Auracast Assistant support
Find a phone with Auracast Assistant supportCheck the official Bluetooth Auracast product directory.- Pair your hearing aids with the supported phone via Bluetooth.
- Turn on LE Audio on the phone, tap Listen to Auracast broadcast, then choose the broadcast.
- For a secured broadcast, enter the broadcast passcode.

- Plug Aura C into a compatible USB-C phone.
- The phone sends the broadcast to hearing aids already connected by Bluetooth, MFi, or ASHA.
