METHOD 1

Using the Jabra app

For supported Auracast Jabra hearing aids.

Open the Jabra Enhance Pro app

Pair your hearing aids with your phone, then open the app. Stay on the main screen showing “All-Around,” the volume slider and Sound Equalizer.

Wait for the broadcast

When an Auracast broadcast is nearby, the app may show a streaming or connection option, or detect nearby audio automatically. Wait a few seconds.

Look for the streaming option

The wording varies by app version. Look for:

  • Streaming
  • Audio
  • Broadcast
  • A connection icon
It may appear near the bottom, in the top icons or as a pop-up.

Select a broadcast

Choose the broadcast you want to hear. Once joined, the broadcast audio will play through your hearing aids.

Adjust the broadcast volume

Set the stream to a comfortable level.

Lower or mute Surroundings volume for clearer broadcast audio.
