NON-BLUETOOTH TV

Use Eon 3D with a Crescendo transmitter.

Charging base ≠ transmitter

  • Base mode: requires a compatible Crescendo transmitter, sold separately.

FIX A PROBLEM

Start with what you see.

Each fix identifies the state, the action, the expected result, and the next support path.

My TV cannot find Eon 3D

Recognize: Eon 3D does not appear in the TV's Bluetooth device list.

  1. Confirm the switch is on Bluetooth—not Base.
  2. Hold Play/Pause for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on nearby phones and move within 1 m / 3 ft of the TV.
  4. Restart the TV's Bluetooth scan.

Expected: Eon 3D appears and the LED becomes solid blue after selection.

If the TV has no Bluetooth audio menu, use a compatible transmitter or contact support.

Eon 3D connects, but there is no TV sound

Recognize: the LED is solid blue but sound stays on the TV speakers.

  1. Open the TV's Sound Output menu and choose Bluetooth headphones / Eon 3D.
  2. Raise both TV output volume and headphone volume.
  3. Disconnect Eon 3D from nearby phones so the TV remains the active source.

Expected: TV audio moves to Eon 3D. Some TVs mute their speakers automatically.

Still silent? Use the official Eon 3D TV troubleshooting article.

The headphones will not connect to the base

Recognize: Base mode keeps flashing and no TV audio is heard.

  1. Check the base label.
  2. If it is the included charging base, stop: it does not transmit audio.
  3. If it is a Crescendo transmitter, turn the transmitter on, switch Eon 3D to Base, then hold Play/Pause for 3 seconds.

Expected: the LED becomes solid blue.

If the models do not match the guide, include photos of both labels in a support request.

The headphones keep reconnecting to my phone

Recognize: the phone connects before the TV, or TV pairing fails after phone use.

  1. Open the phone's Bluetooth settings and disconnect Eon 3D.
  2. Temporarily turn phone Bluetooth off.
  3. Put Eon 3D back in pairing mode, then scan from the TV.

Expected: the TV becomes the active connection and the LED is solid blue.

Charging does not start

Recognize: the LED does not turn solid red on the base or USB-C cable.

  1. Reseat the headphones on the charging contacts.
  2. Try the USB-C cable with a 5 V, 1–2 A power source.
  3. Check the contacts and cable for debris or damage.

Expected: solid red while charging; LED off when fully charged in about 2.5 hours.

If neither method works, contact support.

Can Eon 3D connect to hearing aids?

Compatibility: Eon 3D is an over-ear headphone, not a transmitter or hearing-aid accessory. It connects to a Bluetooth TV, phone, or PC, or to a compatible Crescendo transmitter in Base mode.

It does not pair directly to hearing aids. If you need TV audio sent to hearing aids, ask support for a solution that matches the hearing-aid brand and model.
