Quick setup
Turn it on. Listen.
AuraBand finds a nearby open broadcast automatically.
Join an open broadcast
Check for a broadcast.Make sure there is an open broadcast nearby.
Switch AuraBand ON.White flashes while it searches.
Solid white = connected.
Adjust the sound.Start low. Set the volume, then center the L/R balance.
Still flashing? Move closer. Switch AuraBand OFF, then ON.
Open broadcasts only for now. App support is coming soon.

Switch broadcasts.
Wait for solid white.
You are on a new broadcast.
Keep listening.
AuraBand returns to the previous broadcast.
Charging
Charge AuraBand.
Switch it off before placing it in the powered dock.
Use the charging dock.
- Switch AuraBand OFF.
- Power the dock.
- Place AuraBand in the dock.
Red = charging. Off = full.
The battery is replaceable.
Care
Clean the ear tips.
Remove the silicone tips.
Gently pull each tip off its earbud.
Use an alcohol wipe.
Choose a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe or pad.
Wipe each tip.
Clean the outside and inner opening.
Air-dry for 1–2 minutes.
Set the tips on a clean tissue or cloth. Then put them back on.
Fix a problem
What do you see or hear?
White light keeps flashing
- Make sure there is an open broadcast nearby.
- Move closer to the broadcast source.
- Switch AuraBand OFF, then ON.
Ready: solid white + sound.
Wrong broadcast
- Move near the broadcast you want.
- Hold CHANNEL for 5 seconds.
- Listen when white stays solid.
No new broadcast? AuraBand returns to the previous one.
Sound is too loud or uneven
- Lower the volume.
- Raise it slowly.
- Center the L/R balance.
Ready: clear, comfortable sound in both ears.

Phone audio does not play
AuraBand receives Auracast broadcasts only. It does not work with HT381.
BLE is only for app control and broadcast selection. Do not pair AuraBand in the phone's Bluetooth settings.
Receiver will not charge
- Switch AuraBand OFF.
- Power the charging dock.
- Seat AuraBand fully in the dock.
Charging: red. Full: light off.
