We have chosen not to make our pillow speaker battery operated for a few reasons.

1) Firstly, it would require regular battery charging and maintenance, causing inconveniences when the sound doesn't work at night.

2) Secondly, having to troubleshoot issues such as low battery, Bluetooth connection problems, or audio being paused can disrupt your sleep.

3) Additionally, having a rechargeable battery near your bedding may not be the safest option.
