Conducting a factory reset on the earbuds will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset your earbuds if you have trouble pairing them with your devices.

 

Purchased during / after 2019 (Batch No. R19B1)

Step 1: Reset the RIGHT earbud.

From OFF status, press & hold the power button for about 15 seconds, LED will light on BLUE & RED alternately, at last flash BLUE & RED simultaneously (looks PINK) twice. Then it will power off along with the LED turns off.

Step 2: Reset the LEFT earbud.

From OFF status, press & hold the power button for about 15 seconds, LED will light on BLUE once then no LED light for about 7-10 seconds, at last it will flash BLUE & RED simultaneously (looks PINK) twice. Then it will power off along with the LED turns off.

Step 3: Pair both RIGHT and LEFT earbuds.

Turn on both earbuds, they will flash BLUE & RED simultaneously (looks PINK) , wait for a few seconds they will automatically connect with each other. Once they connected,  the LED on the LEFT earbud will flash BLUE twice every 5s and the LED on the RIGHT earbud will alternate between flashing BLUE & RED indicating that it is in pairing mode.

You are now free to pair the earbuds with any device!

 

Purchased during August, 2018 and 2019(Batch No. 18B1)

Step 1: Remove the earbuds from your device.

In your device's Bluetooth settings, remove (forget) "Avantree TWS109" from the list.

Step 2: Enter Pairing mode.

From the off status, press and hold the power button on the RIGHT earbud for about 5 seconds until it enters pairing mode and the LED alternates between flashing RED & BLUE

Step 3: Reset the earbuds.

While in pairing mode, double press the power button on the RIGHT earbud. The LED will light up PINK then re-enter pairing mode and the LED will continue alternating between flashing RED & BLUE. You are now free to pair the earbuds with any device!

 

Purchased before August, 2018 (Batch No. 17F1)

Step 1: Remove the earbuds from your device.

In your device's Bluetooth settings, remove (forget) "Avantree TWS109" from the list.

Step 2: Charge your earbuds.

You can refer to this guide for charging instructions.

Step 3: Reset the earbuds.

Press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until the LED flashes PINK. The earbuds will turn off and the next time you power them on, they will automatically enter pairing mode (LED alternates between flashing RED & BLUE.) You are now free to pair the earbuds with any device!
