Conducting a factory reset on the earbuds will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset your earbuds if you have trouble pairing them with your devices

Step 1: Remove the earbuds from your device.

In your device's Bluetooth settings, remove (forget) "Avantree TWS105" from the list.

Step 2: Place the earbuds into their case.

Place both the left and right earbuds into their respective positions in the charging case to power them off.

Step 3: Reset the earbuds.

Take both earbuds out and short press the multifunctional buttons on the back of both earbuds simultaneously. The earbuds should re-enter pairing mode and the LED on the earbuds should blink WHITE. You are now free to pair the earbuds with any device!
