How to Pair with a Bluetooth Headphone / Speaker
Step 1: Connect the TC419 to a power source using the Micro-USB cable we provided, and flip the TX/Bypass/RX to "TX."
Step 2: If it didn't power ON automatically...
Press & Hold the Power button for a couple seconds to turn it on.
Step 3: Getting the TC419 into "Bluetooth Pairing Mode."
- First-Time Use: If the TC419 is brand new, and this is your first time using it, it should automatically enter pairing mode when you turn it on. You'll see the "TX" LED indicator rapidly flashing WHITE.
- Non-First-Time Use: If this is NOT the first time you've used it, simply enter it into pairing mode manually by Pressing & Holding the Bluetooth Icon Button for a few seconds. You'll see the "TX" LED indicator rapidly flashing WHITE.
Step 4: Put your Bluetooth Headphones / Speaker into Bluetooth Pairing Mode as well.
Avantree Headphones/Speakers/Receivers: The LED indicator on the Headphone/Speaker/Receiver flashing RED & BLUE.
Non-Avantree Devices: Look it up by Brand.
Step 5: Keep your headphone / speaker close to TC419, and give them a few seconds.
Sometimes it may take up to 30 seconds for the two devices to successfully connect, so please be patient.
Once successfully paired, you'll see the "TX" and the "A" LED indicators stop flashing and turn SOLID WHITE.
For your Next Use:
There's no need to re-pair the TC419 each time.
The TC419 automatically reconnects to the MOST RECENTLY PAIRED device once, given that both the TC419 and the device are turned ON. It may take up to 20 seconds or so to reconnect, please be patient.
If they don't reconnect automatically, please do so manully through your Headphones / Speaker. Please refer to your Headphone/Speaker's user manual for a more detailed instruction.
Reconnecting to TWO Devices (Dual Connection)
- Turn your first device (headphones / speaker) ON.
- Wait for a few seconds, and turn the TC419 ON.
- After the first device has successfully reconnected, turn the second device ON.
- If case the auto-reconnection fails, you may try manual reconnection through your headphones / speaker.
