How to Adjust Volume

If you connected your Orbit Transmitter to your TV via either 3.5mm AUX or RCA, you should be able to adjust volume using your TV remote.

On the other hand, if you're using Digital Optical (SPDIF/TOSLINK) connection, your TV remote control cannot adjust the digital audio output level and makes no impact on the volume.

In this case, please use either the volume buttons on the Orbit Transmitter or the volume control on your headphone/speaker (if it has one) to adjust volume.

If your headphone / earbuds does not support volume control on the play device itself, e.g. TWS headphones, you should be able to adjust the volume from Orbit.

In some cases, the volume setting on Orbit might have no impact on your headphones/sound bar. It might be the following reasons:

1. Compability issues. In this case, you can perform the firmware update (V5.22) to fix the problem.

2. Devices with No AVRCP supported. This happens mostly on the hearing aids and soundbar. The volume cannot be controled remotely from Orbit if without AVRCP/Bluetooth remote control. In this case, please install the Firmware update (V5.11).After updating, you will be able to adjust the local Orbit output volume and control the sound level of your sound bar/hearing aids.
