First, make sure that the headphones are on. To activate the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), press the ANC button. The LED on headphones will light up WHITE to indicate that ANC is on. 

When not in use, please remember to turn the ANC function off to prevent battery drainage.

We do not recommend activating ANC when using the headphones with a wire (not Bluetooth).

How it Works:

Our Active Noise Canceling (ANC) headphones "cancel out" background noise by emitting its own sound wave that counters and reduces the volume of unwanted sounds.

Note: 

ANC works best for reducing consistent low frequency background noise. It is ineffective at reducing inconsistent or sudden bursts of sound (shouting, car horns, etc.) In quiet environments, you may be able to hear some noise because the ANC microphone may be unable to detect defined background noises.
