You may need to reset the Leaf if it is not working properly. Conducting a factory reset on the Leaf will clear all of its past pairing history.

Step 1: Make sure that the Leaf has been plugged in.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode on the Leaf.

Hold the silver Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds until the LED alternates between flashing BLUE & WHITE.

Step 3: Reset the Leaf.

Press the same button twice to reset Leaf; the LED will light up BLUE and WHITE together for 2 seconds. Then the Leaf will automatically enter pairing mode, indicating that the reset was successful.

Related knowledge:

1. Bluetooth device normally auto-reconnects to its LAST paired / connected device. You might need to make sure the previous used device are Bluetooth-off to avoid interference.

2. It is important to Reset both Bluetooth sender and receiver. In case of cellphone / PC, you can turn off its Bluetooth function and turn it back on.
