How to Factory Reset the HT3189

The HT3189 set consists of 2 parts: The Priva III Trasmitter, and the AS9S Headphones. Each needs to be resetted separately.

To Reset the Priva III Transmitter

Step 1: Make sure that the transmitter is powered ON.

Step 2: Get the transmitter into BLUETOOH PAIRING MODE.

Press & Hold the Multi-Function Button for about 5 seconds until the LED indicator starts flashing RED & BLUE.

Step 3: Press & Hold the Multi-Function Button for 5 seconds AGAIN.

You'll see the BLUE LED light up for about 2 seconds, indicating a successful reset. The transmitter will then automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode, as indicated by the LED flashing RED & BLUE.

To Reset the AS9S Headphones

Step 1: Make sure that the Headphone has been turned ON.

Step 2: Press & Hold the "+" and "-" Buttons Together.

Release your fingers when you see the LED indicator turn PINK. The headphones will then enter pairing mode again, indicating a successful reset.
