How to Factory Reset the HS134

Conducting a factory reset on the earbuds will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset your earbuds if you have trouble pairing them with your devices.

Step 1: Turn off the Earbuds.

From off, press and hold the multifunctional button until the LED turns RED then shuts off.

Step 2: Reset the Earbuds.

Press and hold the Multi-Function Button for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes RED three times slowly and turns off. Turning the earbuds on will cause them to automatically enter pairing mode and the LED will alternate between flashing RED & BLUE. You are now free to pair the earbuds with any device!
