The PHA10 enable one to further personalize the sound based on your actual needs. It comes with 3 “tuning” panels that allow you to further adjust the volume to a level of your liking.

MPO: If the volume is still too low/high even after adjusting via the volume control, you may turn this knob using the screwdriver to tune the volume level.

NH: If you find the environmental noise too loud, you may turn this knob using the screwdriver to adjust the “noise filtering”.

NL: If you still find it hard to pick up conversations, you may turn this knob using the screwdriver to tune the “conversation pick up".
