You should know following before you wear the hearing amplifier:

• Each hearing aid can be used for either left or right ear.

• Ensure your wear the hearing amplifier WITHIN 8 seconds (before you hear 4 beeps) after you remove it from the case.

• Avoid touching or blocking the mic.

• Ensure the Mic is UPWARD but NOT downward.

• Find the right size of ear tips to find the perfect seal. The main reason feedback occurs is because the sound finds its way out of the ear, and back into the microphone. This is why it's important to have a perfect seal! Getting a perfect seal between the ear tip and the ear canal will prevent excess sound from escaping and funneling back into the microphone.

Now, you can open the charging case and remove the hearing amplifier from the case, it will turn on automatically after 8 seconds, and you will hear four beeps.
