Step 1: Rotate the power dial on the side clockwise to turn on the Soundbyte 860s.

Step 2: Press and hold the "MENU/OK" button to enter the system settings. Use the "Previous/Next" buttons to navigate the menu and select "Shutdown Timer" on the screen, then click "MENU/OK" to confirm; you will see the different timer lengths on the screen.

Step 3: Press the "Previous/Next" buttons to choose your desired timer (0sec-10min-20-min-30min-45min-60min-90min), then click "MENU/OK" to confirm.
