If you communicated with our support team and are eligible for a replacement, we will send you a 100% OFF COUPON to "purchase" the replacement item for free from the official Avantree RMA Website.

How to Claim

  1. Copy the Coupon code
  2. Click the URL link provided
  3. Click 'Add to CART'
  4. PASTE the Copied Coupon Code, left-click on any blank space on the webpage to refresh it, your total should be "0", then "Proceed To Checkout"    
  5. Enter your shipping address and billing address
  6. Click "Place order"

*Important Notice*:

  • Although you are going to our website and adding the product to your cart, you do NOT need to pay. The Coupon code will reduce the total cost to 0, so there's NO NEED to use your credit card!
