How to Factory Reset/Clear Pairing History of the Relay?

Conducting a factory reset of the Relay will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset it if you have trouble pairing them with your headphones.

STEP 1: Turn on the Relay

STEP 2: Press and hold the  at the same time for 6 seconds until the  show RED & BLUE simultaneously for 3 seconds (it may look PINK). It should then go into pairing mode and the  will alternate between flashing RED & BLUE.
