How can I reset the Alto Solo headphones to their factory settings and clear the pairing history?
Resetting your Avantree Alto Solo headphones to their factory settings can help clear any past pairing information and troubleshoot issues with device pairing. Follow these steps to reset your headphones:
Step 1: Power On the Headphones
Turn on the headphones by pushing the power switch to the middle. The LED will light up blue and you will hear "Welcome to Avantree" if voice prompts are enabled.
Step 2: Perform the Reset
Simultaneously press and hold the volume up and down buttons until the LED briefly turns pink, indicating that the headphones have reset. The headphones will then enter pairing mode, with the LED flashing red and blue alternately, and the voice prompt saying "Pairing". You can now pair the headphones with any device.
Note: After the reset, if the headphones don't automatically connect to their dongle, try this: turn on the headphones, slide the power switch to the 'PAIR' position until the LED blinks red and blue alternately, place the headphones and dongle close together and wait for a few seconds for them to pair. The LED on the dongle will stay blue, and the LED on the headphones will flash blue once every 5 seconds. Once they're paired, they'll automatically reconnect every time you power them on.
