How to clean the buds of PHA11

Your hearing amplifier is a high-precision system. Proper maintenance and operation ensures optimum performance.

• Clean the earwax in the ear canal at least twice a week.

• If the hearing amplifier is damp, do not use a microwave oven, hairdryer, and/or other electric heaters to dry. Put it in a dry and well-ventilated place to dry naturally.

• Wipe the hearing amplifier with a soft dry cloth without using any solvents or detergents.

• Don’t strike or hit the hearing amplifier violently.

As you may know, earbuds get dirty pretty easily... Earwax, dust, water etc. can all do damage to it. Uncleaned earbuds may lead to:

- Sound muddy or muffled
- Abnormal low volume / tiny sound after using for a period of time

If you already experienced the above product, please try to follow the below steps to clean them out:

1. Take off earbud tips from earbuds smoothly. Do not detach the earbud tip from earbud excessively as it may tear.
2. Use a cotton swab and dried brush to remove any debris and foreign materials.
3. If foreign substance is still present, try brush the earbuds again to dislodge the remaining.
4. After completed cleaning, please assemble the earbud tip to earbud properly.
