How to avoid feedback/squealing sound of PHA11
A high-pitched screech or squeal from an electronic device is called feedback, and it can happen for a number of reasons. The most effective way to fix the problem is to determine the source of the problem, which might be:
1. Improper Fit. If a device does not fit tightly, sound that is picked up by the hearing amplifier may echo back into the microphone through the gap, resulting in a squealing sound. Choose your correct earplugs and ensure you wear them tightly and no gaps between the hearing amplifier and your ear.
2. Hand/Hair Close to/Touch the Mic. If your hand/hair touch or is too close to the MIC on the hearing amplifier, it will also cause the squealing sound.
3. Ear Wax. If ear wax is blocking your ear canal, sound may have nowhere else to go but out the vents and joints of the device, causing feedback. Clean the earwax in the ear canal at least twice a week.
If you still have the squealing noise, try this:
1. Put the hearing amplifier back into the charging case, and remove them from the charging case to try again.
2. Leave the hearing amplifier in the charging case, and try them 1 or 2 days later.
3. Clean the earbuds.
