How to Factory Reset/ Clear Pairing History of DG80

You may need to reset the DG80 if it is not working properly. Conducting a factory reset on the DG80 will clear all of its past pairing history.

Step 1: Make sure that the DG80 has been plugged in.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode on the DG80.

Hold the Multi-Function Button for 2 seconds until the LED alternates flashing BLUE and WHITE quickly. For older models prior to Batch No. 21L1, the LED will flash BLUE.

Step 3: Reset the DG80.

Press the same button twice to reset DG80; the LED will light up BLUE and WHITE for 2 seconds. For older models prior to Batch No. 21L1, the LED will light up BLUE. Then the DG80 will automatically enter pairing mode, indicating that the reset was successful.

Related knowledge:

1. Bluetooth device normally auto-reconnects to its LAST paired / connected device. You might need to make sure the previous used device are Bluetooth-off to avoid interference. 

2. It is important to Reset both Bluetooth sender and receiver. In case of cellphone / PC, you can turn off its Bluetooth function and turn it back on.
