How to Factory Reset the CK210

Conducting a factory reset on the CK210 will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset your CK210 if you have trouble pairing them with your devices.

Step 1: Set the CK210 into pairing mode.

Make sure that the CK210 is on. Press and hold the MFB for about 3 seconds until the CK210 goes into pairing mode and the LED alternates between flashing RED and BLUE.

Step 2: Reset the CK210.

Press the MFB twice to factory reset the CK210. The LED should flash PINK briefly and then alternate between flashing RED and BLUE. The CK210 is now in pairing mode and you are now free to pair it with your devices!
