How to Factory Reset the CK121

Conducting a factory reset on the CK121 will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset your CK121 if you have trouble pairing them with your devices.

Step 1: Turn the CK121 off.

If the CK121 is on, press and hold the MFB for about 3 seconds until it turns off. The LED should turn RED then shut off. 

Step 2: Reset the CK121.

Press and hold the MFB until the CK121 turns on, goes into pairing mode, and finally turns back off. DO NOT RELEASE THE MFB UNTIL THE CK121 POWERS OFF. Upon powering back on, the CK121 will enter pairing mode and the LED will alternate between flashing RED and BLUE. You are now free to pair the CK121 with your devices!
