How to Factory Reset the CK10BS

Conducting a factory reset on the CK10BS will clear all past pairing data and restore the default settings for the product. You may want to reset your CK10BS if you have trouble pairing them with your devices.

Step 1: Turn the CK10BS on.

Press and hold the MFB for about 4 seconds until the CK10BS turns on. The LED should turn BLUE. Disconnect any devices that are connected to the CK10BS.

Step 2: Reset the CK10BS.

Press and hold the volume up/down buttons for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes RED and BLUE. Then release the buttons.

Step 3: Reboot the CK10BS.

Turn the CK10BS off by pressing and holding the MFB for 4 seconds until the LED turns RED. Repeat to turn the CK10BS back on, and it should automatically go into pairing mode.
