There are two ways to adjust volume when using this product.

Adjusting through the headphones: Firmly & gently click the + or the - button on the headphones to adjust volume. You'll hear a "Beep" sound once the volume has reached MAX / MIN.

Adjusting through the source: Adjust the volume on your Nintendo Switch. Or if you use the C519M on your computer, you could adjust the volume on the playback apps.
