I am using an Avantree headphone with mic. When I join a voice chat app like discord, I can't hear any other sounds from my computer through it. I can still hear the voice chat but I cannot hear any other PC sound. Is there any way that I can both be in the call and also hear other computer audio?

With most computer Bluetooth driver and default audio settings, you can hear either voice (under handsfree) or music (under stereo music profile).

To hear the music and voice at the same time, you can use the Avantree headphone with a USB audio adapter such as DG80 or DG60. That will solve your problem.

If your adapter is with batch/lot no. before 20F1 and your headphone is before 20B1, you might need to do a DFU (Firmware Upgrade). Pls contact us first and do NOT do any DFU without confirmation from Avantree support.
