To activate the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC,) slide the ANC switch from "OFF" to "ANC." The LED on the switch will light up BLUE when ANC is on. 

When not in use, please remember to turn the ANC function off to prevent battery drainage.

The ANC function can be activated even if the headphones are powered off. However, we do not recommend activating ANC when using the ANC031 as wired headphones.

How it Works:

Our Active Noise Canceling (ANC) headphones "cancel out" background noise by emitting its own sound wave that counters and reduces the volume of unwanted sounds.

Note:

ANC works best for reducing consistent low frequency background noise. It is ineffective at reducing inconsistent or sudden bursts of sound (shouting, car horns, etc.) In quiet environments, you may be able to hear some noise because the ANC microphone may be unable to detect defined background noises.
