The speaker coming with Audikast 4860 can be used independently as a regular Bluetooth speaker. Here's a short instruction on how to do so.

Step 1. TURN OFF TV & Other Close-by Wifi Devices to avoid interferences. Turn OFF the Bluetooth Transmitter.

Step 2. Get the speaker into pairing mode.

Turn on the speaker. Press and hold the Bluetooth button  2 seconds, you will hear “Bluetooth mode, pairing”. On the LED screen, it shows “connecting”.

Step 3. Turn on Bluetooth on your Mobile Device. Search & Select the Speaker to connect.
