SETUP

What are you connecting to?

You can change this choice at any time. Check your TV settings first if you are not sure whether it has Bluetooth audio.

BLUETOOTH TV

Pair Eon 3D directly with your TV.

Put Eon 3D in Bluetooth mode.Slide the mode switch to Bluetooth. The LED should flash red and blue. If it does not, hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds.

Open the TV's Bluetooth audio menu.Look under Settings → Sound or Audio → Bluetooth, then start a scan. Menu names vary by TV brand.

Select “Eon 3D.”Keep the headphones within 1 m / 3 ft of the TV during pairing.

Watch Eon 3D enter Bluetooth pairing mode and connect.

Success: the LED is solid blue and TV sound plays through Eon 3D.
TV cannot find Eon 3D? Turn off Bluetooth on nearby phones, confirm red-and-blue flashing, restart the TV scan, and select Eon 3D—not the charging base.

NON-BLUETOOTH TV

Use Eon 3D with a Crescendo transmitter.

Important: the included charging base only charges the headphones. It does not send TV audio. Base mode requires a compatible Crescendo transmitter, sold separately.

Connect and turn on the Crescendo transmitter.Follow its own TV connection guide and confirm the transmitter is ready.

Slide the Eon 3D switch to Base.Keep the headphones close to the transmitter.

Hold Play/Pause for 3 seconds. The LED flashes red and blue while searching.

Watch the Base-mode pairing sequence. The transmitter is separate from the charging base.

Success: the LED becomes solid blue and you hear the TV.
Does your base look different? Read the label. If it is only the Eon 3D charging base, it cannot transmit sound; connect directly by TV Bluetooth or add the Crescendo transmitter.

PHONE OR COMPUTER

Pair Eon 3D through Bluetooth settings.

Slide the switch to Bluetooth. The LED should flash red and blue. If needed, hold Play/Pause for 3 seconds.

Open Bluetooth settings. On the phone or computer, scan and select Eon 3D.

Play audio.Confirm Eon 3D is selected as the output device.

Watch Eon 3D enter Bluetooth pairing mode before selecting it on your device.

Success: the LED is solid blue and audio plays through the headphones.
Before returning to the TV: disconnect Eon 3D from the phone or temporarily turn off the phone's Bluetooth so it cannot reconnect first.

FIX A PROBLEM

Start with what you see.

Each fix identifies the state, the action, the expected result, and the next support path.

My TV cannot find Eon 3D

Recognize: Eon 3D does not appear in the TV's Bluetooth device list.

  1. Confirm the switch is on Bluetooth—not Base.
  2. Hold Play/Pause for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on nearby phones and move within 1 m / 3 ft of the TV.
  4. Restart the TV's Bluetooth scan.

Expected: Eon 3D appears and the LED becomes solid blue after selection.

If the TV has no Bluetooth audio menu, use a compatible transmitter or contact support.

Eon 3D connects, but there is no TV sound

Recognize: the LED is solid blue but sound stays on the TV speakers.

  1. Open the TV's Sound Output menu and choose Bluetooth headphones / Eon 3D.
  2. Raise both TV output volume and headphone volume.
  3. Disconnect Eon 3D from nearby phones so the TV remains the active source.

Expected: TV audio moves to Eon 3D. Some TVs mute their speakers automatically.

The headphones will not connect to the base

Recognize: Base mode keeps flashing and no TV audio is heard.

  1. Check the base label.
  2. If it is the included charging base, stop: it does not transmit audio.
  3. If it is a Crescendo transmitter, turn the transmitter on, switch Eon 3D to Base, then hold Play/Pause for 3 seconds.

Expected: the LED becomes solid blue.

If the models do not match the guide, include photos of both labels in a support request.

The headphones keep reconnecting to my phone

Recognize: the phone connects before the TV, or TV pairing fails after phone use.

  1. Open the phone's Bluetooth settings and disconnect Eon 3D.
  2. Temporarily turn phone Bluetooth off.
  3. Put Eon 3D back in pairing mode, then scan from the TV.

Expected: the TV becomes the active connection and the LED is solid blue.

Charging does not start

Recognize: the LED does not turn solid red on the base or USB-C cable.

  1. Reseat the headphones on the charging contacts.
  2. Try the USB-C cable with a 5 V, 1–2 A power source.
  3. Check the contacts and cable for debris or damage.

Expected: solid red while charging; LED off when fully charged in about 2.5 hours.

If neither method works, contact support.

Can Eon 3D connect to hearing aids?

Compatibility: Eon 3D is an over-ear headphone, not a transmitter or hearing-aid accessory. It connects to a Bluetooth TV, phone, or PC, or to a compatible Crescendo transmitter in Base mode.

It does not pair directly to hearing aids. If you need TV audio sent to hearing aids, ask support for a solution that matches the hearing-aid brand and model.
