Fix a problem

Match what you see.

Each fix includes the expected result and a recovery path.

Transmitter has no lights
  1. Use the included USB-C cable and 5 V / 1 A adapter.
  2. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet and slide the transmitter to ON.
  3. Reseat both cable ends; then try another known-working outlet.

Expected: transmitter indicators light. If still dark, submit a ticket and include a photo of the power connection.

Headphones say connected, but no TV sound
  1. Start active TV playback.
  2. Match SELECT INPUT to the connected cable.
  3. Choose that audio output on the TV.
  4. Set digital audio to PCM; disable eARC for HDMI ARC.
  5. For AUX, raise the TV headphone volume.

Expected: transmitter audio-valid light is solid white and TV audio plays. Open full no-sound guide →

Optical port is already used by a soundbar
  1. TV Optical Out → transmitter OPT 1.
  2. Transmitter OPT 2 → soundbar Optical In.
  3. Set SELECT INPUT to OPT/AUX and the TV format to PCM.

Expected: both headphones and soundbar play stereo audio.

TV has HDMI, but not HDMI ARC

A regular HDMI input cannot send TV audio to the transmitter. Use Optical or AUX. HDMI ARC passthrough works only with ARC; eARC is not supported.

Expected: sound after switching to a supported TV output and matching transmitter input.

Headphones will not connect to the base
  1. Confirm the transmitter is powered on.
  2. Move the headphone switch to Base, not Bluetooth.
  3. Keep the headphones close to the base and power-cycle both devices.

Expected: headphone LED changes to solid blue.
