Which headphones are you using?

PAIRING MODE

AirPods 1–3 / AirPods Pro

  1. Keep the earbuds in the case and open the lid.
  2. Hold the button on the back for about 5 seconds.
  3. Ready when the case light flashes white.

FIX A PROBLEM

What do you see?

Only blue is flashingRelay is not in pairing mode
  1. Hold MFB for 2 seconds.
  2. Wait for alternating red + blue.
  3. If nothing changes, turn Relay off and on.
Red + blue, but no connectionHeadphones may not be ready
  1. Turn off Bluetooth on nearby phones.
  2. Put the headphones into pairing mode again.
  3. Keep both devices within 3 ft / 1 m.
Solid blue, but no soundCheck all three volume controls
  1. Raise the airplane screen or source volume.
  2. Raise Relay with its + button.
  3. Raise the headphone volume and check the plug.
Only one headphone worksPair the second headphone separately
  1. Keep headphone 1 connected.
  2. Hold Relay MFB for 2 seconds.
  3. Put headphone 2 in pairing mode.
  4. Both Relay headphone lights should be solid blue.

Does Relay turn itself off? No. Use the side switch to turn Relay OFF after use.
