Infinity NC Connect by Bluetooth, or update in the App and join Auracast.
Infinity NC · TW150 Classic Bluetooth · Auracast
Classic Bluetooth Phone, tablet, computer, TV, or Relay. Auracast Audikast 4, Voyager, C82 Aura, or public audio.
MODE 1
Classic Bluetooth setup No App is required for normal Bluetooth listening.
1 Enter pairing mode First use: remove the protective film, return both earbuds to the case, then take them out. The left LED flashes red and blue .
Not flashing? Put both earbuds in the case and hold the case button for 3 seconds . Take them out again.
2 Select Infinity NC Open Bluetooth settings and select Avantalk Infinity NC .
Connected: the LEDs turn blue for 1 second, then turn off.
3 Listen Play audio. Both earbuds should sound.
Reconnect next time: take both earbuds out together. If needed, select Infinity NC again.
MODE 2
Auracast setup through the App Complete the firmware update before joining Auracast for the first time.
FIRST USE: UPDATE REQUIRED
1 Download the App Install Avantree–Avantalk on your phone.
2 Pair and add the earbuds Select Avantalk Infinity NC in phone Bluetooth settings. In the App, tap Add Device → Infinity NC → Connect .
3 Complete the first update Accept the App’s automatic firmware pop-up and follow the DFU steps.
Wait for “Completed.” You must reset the earbuds before continuing.
4 Reset the earbuds Choose one method:
Option A · In the App Earbuds Settings → Reset to factory default settings
OR Option B · On the earbuds Put both earbuds in the case → hold the case button for 8 seconds .
Earbud reset result: both LEDs turn solid pink, then flash red and blue.
Next: phone Bluetooth list → select Avantalk Infinity NC again.
5 Scan and join Start the broadcast. In the App, tap Auracast → Scan , then choose the broadcast.
Nothing listed? Move within 2 m / 6 ft and scan again.
6 Save it Tap the broadcast’s ⓘ → Save .
The device view may disappear while listening to Auracast. This is a mode change, not necessarily a fault.

Troubleshooting
What is happening? Choose one symptom.
The app does not find Infinity NC It worked before, or the device disappeared. Infinity NC disappears after joining Auracast Understand the mode change and return to app control.
Reconnect the App Close the App. Confirm Avantalk Infinity NC is connected in phone Bluetooth settings. Reopen the App and tap Add Device → Infinity NC → Connect . Expected: the Infinity NC device screen opens.
Still missing? Put both earbuds in the case and hold the
case button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Pair again, then add them in the App. If it still fails,
submit a support ticket .
Return to App control The normal device view may disappear while the earbuds receive Auracast.
Leave the broadcast if that control is available. Return both earbuds to the case, then take them out together. Reconnect Infinity NC in phone Bluetooth settings and reopen the App. Expected: the normal Infinity NC device screen returns.
FIRMWARE UPDATE · DFU
Keep Infinity NC firmware up to date. Use the Avantree–Avantalk App when an update is available. A factory reset after the update is required.
1 Connect Install Avantree–Avantalk, then pair Infinity NC with the phone and add it in the App. 2 Update Accept the pop-up and follow the DFU instructions.
3 Wait for “Completed” Do not continue until the App confirms that the update is complete.
4 Reset the earbuds — required Choose one method: In the App Earbuds Settings → Reset to factory default settings
OR On the earbuds Both earbuds in case → hold the case button for 8 seconds .
Result: both LEDs turn solid pink, then flash red and blue.
5 Reconnect in phone Bluetooth Open the phone’s Bluetooth list and select Avantalk Infinity NC again. Then reopen the App.
After every update: reset the earbuds first, then select Avantalk Infinity NC again in the phone’s Bluetooth list.
