Four steps. One clear result.
Complete each step in order.
Step 1
Power the transmitter.
Use the included USB-C cable.
- Place the transmitter near the TV.
- Connect it to 5 V USB power.
- Slide the power switch to ON.

Expected: the transmitter powers on.
No light? Reseat both cable ends and try a known-working USB power source.
Step 2
Choose one TV audio output.
Match the printed TV socket label below.
Use only one audio cable. Optical is recommended. A TV without a headphone jack often has a square OPTICAL / DIGITAL AUDIO OUT.

Tap your TV output. Use HAX06 only for HDMI ARC / eARC.
Connect with Optical
Use the square-ended cable selected above.
- Remove the clear protective caps from both square ends.
- Plug one end into the TV's OPTICAL / DIGITAL AUDIO OUT.
- Plug the other end into the Aura Loop transmitter's OPTICAL INPUT.
- Make sure both plugs are fully seated.

Soundbar on HDMI ARC? Unplug it temporarily while confirming setup.
Connect with AUX / 3.5 mm
Use the round cable selected above.
- Plug one end into the TV's HEADPHONES / AUDIO OUT.
- Plug the other end into the Aura Loop transmitter's AUX INPUT.
- Push both round plugs in fully.

Using an HDMI ARC-only TV with HAX06
- Connect the TV's HDMI ARC / eARC port to HAX06.
- Connect HAX06 OPTICAL OUT to the Aura Loop transmitter's OPTICAL INPUT.
- Turn off eARC if enabled, then set the TV audio format to PCM.
Step 3
Set TV audio.
Use the TV remote. The instructions shown will match your cable.

Using Optical?
Complete both TV settings below.
- Set Sound Output to Optical, External Speaker, or Audio System.
- Set Digital Audio Format to PCM or Stereo.
- Play a TV show with speaking voices.
Important for Optical: The TV digital audio format must be PCM. Dolby, DTS, Auto, or Bitstream can produce silence.
Using AUX / Headphone?
PCM is not required for this connection.
- Open Settings → Sound / Audio.
- If available, select Headphones / Audio Out.
- Raise the TV volume to a normal level.
- Play a TV show with speaking voices.
Expected: TV sound plays through the Loop earbuds. The TV speakers may stay on or mute automatically.
Step 4
Turn on the earbuds and listen.
- Remove the earbuds from the charging dock and turn them on.
- Keep them near the transmitter until the LED is solid orange.
- Put them on and raise volume gradually.

Success: solid orange LED + TV sound.
Not orange or no sound? Confirm the transmitter audio-input LED is solid white, then open Fix a problem below.
TV Bluetooth setup
Connect the Loop earbuds directly to your TV.
Use this route only when your TV supports Bluetooth audio.
Expect more audio delay. If voices do not match the picture, use the recommended Aura Loop transmitter instead.
Start earbud pairing
Turn on the earbuds. Hold the manual-pairing / play button for 3 seconds until the LED blinks red and blue.
Open TV Bluetooth
Open the TV Bluetooth audio list and select Avantree Loop.
Listen for TV sound
Wait for the LED to become solid blue or purple, then play a program and adjust volume with + / −.

Secure the Fit
Keep the earbuds comfortable and secure.
Choose the ear tip that seals comfortably. Add the soft stability earfins when you need extra support.
Earbuds feel loose?
- Try each supplied ear-tip size.
- Insert and gently rotate until secure; do not force it.
- Install the free stability earfins when extra support is needed.
Charging
Charge by dock or USB-C.
A full charge provides up to 12 hours of listening.
Charge the earbuds.

- Place the earbuds on the charging dock or connect USB-C (5 V, 1–2.4 A).
- Confirm the LED is solid red while charging.
- Charging is complete when the LED turns off, usually after about 2 hours.
After USB-C charging: the earbuds power on automatically when unplugged.
Phone & Auracast
Use the earbuds beyond the TV.
Pair with a phone or computer
- Turn on the earbuds.
- Hold the pairing/play button for 3 seconds.
- When red and blue blink, select Avantree Loop in Bluetooth settings.
DUAL MODE
Stay connected to your phone while watching TV.
Never miss a call
- Incoming calls pause TV audio automatically.
- TV sound resumes after the call ends.
Add Auracast listeners
Additional compatible Avantree Auracast devices can join by powering on. Other brands may require their companion app.

Name your broadcast or make it private.
Use Avantree Updater on a Windows PC or Mac. Finish both firmware updates first.
Before you begin
- Update the transmitter and earbuds.
- Confirm the earbuds have joined the transmitter and TV sound is playing.
- Connect the transmitter to the computer with the included gray USB data cable.
Rename or encrypt the broadcast
- Open Avantree Updater → Advanced.
- Enter your preferred broadcast name.
- For Private Mode, set Encryption → Encrypted (User-defined) and enter a passcode.
- Enable Synchronize to supported Avantree Rx, then choose Apply settings.
Keep the earbuds connected before Apply. Only devices with the passcode can join an encrypted broadcast.
Earbuds did not reconnect?
- In Advanced, set Encryption → Public, then choose Apply settings.
- Wait for the earbuds to reconnect.
- Repeat the Private Mode steps above.
Quick fixes
Choose the symptom.
Each fix tells you what to check, what to do, and what success looks like.
No TV sound
- Confirm the cable uses a TV OUT port and the transmitter input matches it.
- Play a program with speech.
- For Optical, choose Optical output and PCM/Stereo.
- For AUX, raise TV volume.
Expected: transmitter audio-input LED is solid white; earbud LED is solid orange.

- Turn on the earbuds.
- Hold the manual-pairing / play button for 3 seconds.
- Wait for the LED to blink red and blue.
- Open the phone Bluetooth list and select Avantree Loop.
Expected: the LED becomes solid blue or purple. If the name is missing, turn phone Bluetooth off/on and repeat pairing mode beside the phone.
Earbuds fall out or feel uncomfortable
- Try a different ear-tip size.
- Rotate the earbuds gently for a stable seal.
- Add the soft stability earfins.
Expected: secure without pressure or pain.

- Increase TV volume when using AUX.
- Use + / − on the earbuds.
- Only if still low, activate transmitter Volume Boost.
Expected: clear sound without distortion. Turn Boost off if audio becomes harsh.
Use TV speakers and earbuds together
Availability depends on the TV. Look for simultaneous TV Speaker + Optical or Multiple Audio Output. Aura Loop does not provide soundbar passthrough.

FIRMWARE UPDATE
Update both devices separately.
The transmitter uses a computer. The earbuds use the Avantree-Avantalk mobile app.
Update with a Windows PC or Mac.
- Open the Aura Loop Firmware Update page and install Avantree Updater.
- Connect the transmitter with the included gray USB data cable, then turn it on.
- Open Avantree Updater and select Check for Updates.
- Install the latest version and wait for the completion message before unplugging.
Update with the phone app.
- Install Avantree-Avantalk: App Store or Google Play.
- Pair the earbuds with your phone through Bluetooth.
- Open the app, tap Add Device, select Avantree Loop, then tap Connect.
- Follow the update prompt. If none appears, open the gear icon and tap Update Now.
Allow about 5–10 minutes. Keep the earbuds close to the phone with a stable internet connection until the update reaches 100%.
Do not interrupt an update. Keep the USB cable connected during the transmitter update, and keep the earbuds near the phone during the earbud update.
