INTERACTIVE USER GUIDE · AURA C

Hear the broadcast. Read it live. Share the captions.

Aura C brings an Auracast broadcast into a compatible phone, tablet, or computer—so you can listen through your own audio device, read live captions, or show captions on a venue screen.

Important: Use the VenuCast Connect app on a compatible phone or tablet. The app is not installed on the venue computer.

FIRST, KNOW THE ROLES

One receiver. Three clear jobs.

Aura C receives the broadcast. VenuCast Connect finds it, and Auto Reconnect remembers it for the next connection. Your phone or computer creates the live captions.

What Aura C does—and does not do

Does receive a selected Auracast broadcast and deliver its audio to a compatible host device.

×

Does not generate captions by itself. Captions come from the phone or computer.

!

Does not provide a Windows or Mac version of VenuCast Connect. Join the broadcast and turn on Auto Reconnect on mobile first.

SAFE USE

Keep captions helpful—and expectations clear.

Start listening at low volume and increase gradually. Stop if you experience discomfort.

Automatic captions may contain mistakes or delay. Provide another communication method when accuracy is critical.

Keep the USB-C connector dry and protected. Do not force Aura C into an incompatible port.
