START SETUP

What do you want to listen to?

Connect with Bluetooth

Turn Aria Aura on.First use starts pairing. The LED flashes red and blue.

Not flashing red and blue? Hold the power switch toward Pair with Phone for 3 seconds, then select Aria Aura again.

Open Bluetooth settings.Select Aria Aura.

Start audio.Solid blue means connected.

Success: solid blue LED and audio plays through Aria Aura.

Join an Auracast broadcast

Turn Aria Aura on.

Hold Play / Pause for 5 seconds.Orange flashes while searching.

Stay near the transmitter.Solid orange means joined.

Success: solid orange LED and broadcast audio plays.
AT HOME

Auracast TV transmitter

Use the same 5-second Auracast search near a compatible TV transmitter. Supported Avantree systems include:

PUBLIC VENUE

Join an open broadcast

No password is required. Stay near the venue transmitter and follow the three Auracast steps above.

Success: the LED is solid orange and you hear the venue broadcast.

SECURED BROADCAST

Join a password-protected broadcast.

Use this only when the venue gives you a password.

Connect Aria Aura to your phone.In Bluetooth settings, select Aria Aura. Wait for solid blue.

Open the app and choose Auracast.Select the broadcast. Enter the venue password.

Tap the information icon, then Save.Stay near the transmitter.

Watch the secured broadcast setup.

Success: solid orange LED and protected broadcast audio.

ADVANCED · DUAL MODE

Keep phone calls available while listening to Auracast.

Connect Aria Aura to your phone first. Then join the Auracast broadcast. Calls pause the broadcast and it resumes afterward.

FIX A PROBLEM

What do you see or hear?

Bluetooth device cannot find Aria Aura
  1. Move Aria Aura close to the phone, computer, or TV.
  2. Hold the power switch toward Pair with Phone for 3 seconds.
  3. Wait for red and blue flashing, then select Aria Aura.

Expected: the LED becomes solid blue.

Cannot join an Auracast broadcast
  1. Confirm the transmitter or venue broadcast is active.
  2. Hold Play / Pause for 5 seconds until orange flashes.
  3. Stay near the broadcast and wait for solid orange.

If the broadcast is secured, join it through the Avantree app with the supplied password.

Connected, but there is no sound
  1. Start playback at the source.
  2. Raise the source and headphone volumes from low levels.
  3. Confirm the LED matches the active mode: solid blue for Bluetooth or solid orange for Auracast.

If the LED is not solid, reconnect using the matching setup path above.

Clear pairing history and reset

Use the official Aria Aura reset procedure in the FAQ article below. Reset removes saved connections, so reconnect afterward.

Use Dual Mode. Pair the phone first, then join the TV's Auracast broadcast. Calls pause the broadcast and it resumes afterward.

Charging

  • USB-C input: 5 V, 500 mA–2 A.
  • Solid red: charging.
  • LED off: fully charged.
  • About 2.5 hours to charge.
  • Up to 35 hours playtime.

Connection indicators

  • Red + blue flashing: Bluetooth pairing.
  • Solid blue: Bluetooth connected.
  • Orange flashing: searching for Auracast.
  • Solid orange: Auracast joined.

FIRMWARE UPDATE

Update only when a fix or feature requires it.

Not part of normal setup. Update when Avantree Support recommends it or a troubleshooting guide sends you here.

    Download Avantree UpdaterChoose Windows or Mac on the official update page.

    Connect Aria AuraUse a USB data cable. Disconnect other Bluetooth or Auracast devices.
  3. 3
    Run the updateKeep the headphones connected until completion is confirmed.

During the update: do not unplug Aria Aura, close the updater, or turn off the computer.
