FAQ About Venucast System

Q. Will this work with my current sound system?

Yes! The AuraPlex transmitter is compatible with 99% of PA systems. It supports Optical, AUX (3.5mm), and RCA connections. If your mixer only has XLR outputs, a simple adapter will work perfectly.

Q. Do visitors need a special phone to listen?

Not necessarily. While Auracast™ is the future of Bluetooth, we include dedicated receivers/headsets in the kit so anyone can use the system immediately, regardless of their phone model.

Q. Is it difficult to install?

Not at all. It is a "Plug & Play" system that most venues get up and running in under 15 minutes. We also provide free video call support for optimization.

Q. Can we change the name of the transmitter?

Yes, you can use our firmware tool to customize any transmitter name to match your venue. You can also change the encryption and password settings for added security.

Q. Does the system offer any privacy?

Yes, privacy is available. We can set different transmitter/receiver groups that are isolated, so one group cannot hear another. It remains very easy to use as users never need to enter a password.

Q. Does this work with old Induction Loops?

Yes, our receivers work with old loop systems. You can simply plug the existing induction loop into the 3.5mm jack on our receiver to maintain support for legacy equipment.
