1. What technology do Avantree Group Listening Systems use?
Some systems use traditional 2.4GHz wireless, others use Auracast. Both support one-to-many. For hearing aid compatibility, choose Auracast. Otherwise, 2.4G is more stable and offers features like channel switching.
2. What does “multiple channels” mean?
It means several audio streams can play at the same time — for example, different languages in a church. Listeners can choose what they hear with one button.
3. How can I add more devices?
Visit the Add-on section on the Avantree website. After a one-time pairing, the new units will auto-connect each time.
4. Are these systems cross-compatible?
2.4G devices work with other 2.4G devices. Auracast works with Auracast. But they are not compatible with each other.
