Request a Replacement
We know that no product can last forever, but we want to make sure you’re getting the quality & lifespan you paid for and more. Our warranty ensures that the occasional flawed item will be replaced for you free-of-charge within 12- to 24-months of purchase, but at times we may discover recurring issues that can arise just past warranty period. We are committed to identifying and fixing these problems for you.

• Headband issues - any headphones whose headbands have broken within 3 years of purchase are
