FIX A PROBLEM

Common questions

msHow much audio delay should I expect?

Aura C currently has noticeable audio delay, which varies by phone and listening device. We’re working to reduce it through app optimization.

In venues, moving away from loudspeakers or lowering their volume may reduce the echo effect, but will not eliminate the delay.

1×Can one Aura C serve multiple listeners?

One Aura C supports one phone and its selected audio output. For multiple listeners, each person needs their own Aura C setup or another compatible Auracast receiver.
