The case becomes your remote microphone.

FIRST-TIME SETUP
Do these four steps once.
CHOOSE A MODE
Success: You hear the sound picked up by the case.
No sound?
Case light steady: Volume may be too low. Wear either earphone and press + once.
Case light flashing: Put both back in the case, close the lid for 5 seconds, then reopen it and remove them.

NOISY · ONE TO ONE
Speaker to case mic: within 40 cm / 16 in.
Select Noisy.DRIVE-THRU · ONE TO ONE
Hold it near the open window.
Select Noisy.MEETING · SEVERAL SPEAKERS
Speaker to case mic: within 1.5 m / 5 ft.
Earphone user to stage: within 20 m / 66 ft.Green = stable range · Orange = sound may cut out
Success: Speech near the case sounds clear.

Close the lid, then reopen it.
HOW TO WEAR
Put on the ear hook along the contour of your ear.
ADJUST VOLUME
Wear either earphone so you can hear each change. Press + or − on either side.

Success: Each press changes both earphones by one level.
Hear a tone? You reached minimum or maximum volume.
CHARGING
Use a USB-C power source rated 5 V, 1–2.4 A.
FIX A PROBLEM
Open the symptom that matches what you see or hear.
Do this:
Expected: You hear sound from the case.
If not, open the reset steps below.
Do this:
Expected: Steady speech without dropouts.
Expected: “AcuEar Pebble 2” appears in the device list.
This clears saved Bluetooth pairing information.
