Not sure about T or MT?
Look for a T or MT setting in your hearing aid app or paperwork. If you cannot find one, ask your hearing care professional.
Setup path
Using NuEar Hear Circle
Pair the hearing aids with your phone before opening the app.
Open Stream options
Tap Stream options on the Home screen.
Open Auracast broadcasts
Tap Auracast broadcasts.
Select the broadcast
Choose the broadcast you want. When connected, its audio should play through your hearing aids.
Adjust volume
Set the streaming and hearing-aid microphone levels to a comfortable balance.
If room sound competes with the broadcast, lower the hearing-aid microphone or surroundings level when that control is available.
Done: You hear the Auracast broadcast through both Noble AI hearing aids at a comfortable volume. If not: open Common issues.

Aura C phone hearing aids
- Plug Aura C into a compatible USB-C phone.
- The phone sends the broadcast to hearing aids already connected by Bluetooth, MFi, or ASHA.
Aura C does not pair directly with hearing aids.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Common issues
Match what you hear, try the action, then check the expected result.
01No sound
Recognize: the broadcast appears selected, but your hearing aids are silent.
- Confirm the Auracast broadcast source is powered on and broadcasting normally.
- Move closer, rescan in NuEar Hear Circle and raise streaming volume.
Expected: broadcast audio plays through both hearing aids. If it does not, restart the broadcast source and repeat the scan.
02Not hearing clearly
Recognize: broadcast audio plays, but room sound makes it difficult to understand.
- Set streaming volume to a comfortable level.
- Lower the hearing-aid microphone or surroundings level in NuEar Hear Circle when that control is available.
Expected: the broadcast becomes clearer without uncomfortable loudness.
03Hearing echo or delay
Recognize: the same broadcast reaches you through your hearing aids and a nearby speaker at slightly different times.
- Lower the hearing-aid microphone or surroundings level in NuEar Hear Circle.
- Mute the nearby speaker, such as a TV speaker.
- Use one listening path at a time.
Expected: only one synchronized audio path remains.
