How long has it been used before the issue happened?

Are the Headphones and Transmitter Well Connected?

Digital / Optical Connection with TV - Audio Setting Check List

I have already set the TV Sound OUT to "Optical / Digital Audio Out"

I have already set the TV Sound Out Format to PCM. NOT Dolby / DTS!

Netflix channel only problem - I did the above set up AFTER I started Netflix

TV HDMI ARC port is NOT in use.

Tried with different optical cords and still no sound.

RCA (White/Red) Connection with TV - Audio Setting Check List

The ports I used are marked as OUTPUT. (If not, then WRONG port)

I did set the TV Sound Output as "External Speaker"

I tried the RCA port with a pair of wired headphones and can hear sound.

Headphone AUX Connection with TV - Audio Setting Check List

I did set the TV Sound Output as "External Speaker"

I tried the port with a pair of wired headphones and can hear sound. (If no sound, then contact TV manufacture)

If still no sound after all the troubleshooting, please provide the pictures below.

1. Photo of the transmitter box and headphone, both turned on with their LED lights (Solid Blue?)
2. Photo of TV Audio output ports & TV HDMI ports
3. Photo of TV Screen with Sound Settings page - with Digital Optical Out selected (if you use optical cable)
4. Photo of TV Screen with HDMI in & Out Audio Format both set to PCM (if you use optical cable)
5. If you also have AV Receiver and Soundbar connected, please draw a simple diagram of how you connect them and the audio signal flow.
